    Their service is terrible. I sold a PC once and shipped it using usps, i paid almost 20 dollars extra to get "FRAGILE" bright yellow stickers placed all over it and a new tracking number. When it arrived to the customer, there was a huge dent in the side that lined up perfectly with the box. Also, there was a package that was supposed to come to me but was never delivered. I kept calling them and got the same lazy response of either "I'll speak to the carrier about why he didn't deliver it." Another said "Ask the seller you bought it from to resend the package." HOW IS THIS THE SELLER'S FAULT?? So basically, their service is terrible and the supervisors do nothing but give terrible information, do not comfort the customers, and are just rude.
