  Walked in did a lap around the store greeted all the employees and sat down to wait until one was free to help me, I watched them help 4 other people who walked into the store, manager looked me right in the face and didn't ask me if I need help.
  
  Thinking about switching to tmobile but not anymore.

  Brought the new iPhone 8 Plus on Jan 5, after which would be the 4th day today, realized the phone doesn’t charge. Last night was the final straw when it took 14 hours to reach 100%. I called Tmobile today to see if she can switch it. The lady on tmobile, when I called told me to go to Apple right now, she put me in the computer. I said, “They will definitely help me tonight, right? Because I’m working from home at the moment. I don’t want to go out if it’s not going to happen.” She told me “YES, leave now.” I get to APPLE, (who aren’t very nice either) and they tell me they can’t help me, no appointment was made for you.” I than proceeded to tell them the situation on the phone. He goes okay you have the receipt I said yes. He looks at the receipt and tells me. Go to TMobile, they switch it for you. If you purchased it here , we would of switched it already. So I was on over to TMobile, ( I am waiting for the Supervisor on the phone as well) I walk I Rob tmobile, the man who is a supervisor there has glasses, going bald, heavy guy (sorry, but no other way to explain him) he tells me it’s because your phone isn’t “updated” and because “SoundCloud is taking up 23% of your battery”. First of all, phone is 4 days old. I had the 6S for almost 2 years, that I NEVER UPDATED!, the memory is low would always pop up, and Soundcloud NEVER KILLED the battery and that was a 14g phone. This is 4 days old, 64gigs, and brand new. I have literally 2 other apps on here. Why am I even convincing this guy that it’s not because of SoundCloud, I mean if Tmobile and Apple are selling a phone, that if download SoundCloud is going to make it acceptable to kill your battery, and make it not charge and take literally 14 hours. Than your robbing your customers. I then hit the update button. Which I my phone was hooked up, because we put my iTunes password in, downloaded my apps, before I left- so I don’t even know why the “update” was even needed. Whatever, but I’ve been with Tmobile, and had APPLE iPhone long enough to know it’s a glitch in the phone. He than proceeds to push my bag at me which contained receipt and charger etc in it, and told me I can’t help u go back to Apple! I was like no sir, Apple just sent me here. I said why should I have to fix my phone it’s not even a week old.. I should get a new one, it is still under the appropriate time to switch it. He wasn’t helping me. Than the supervisor got on the phone with him. He tells the supervisor that the phone is fine, the battery is not draining, it’s fine. and I didn’t update my phone. Huh I’m thinking to myself is he not understanding I just got the phone Friday at 630 at night. It’s Thursday? So, I talk to the supervisor on the phone tell him what he saying. The supervisor tells me how can it be SoundCloud, you just brought a brand new 64g phone. So basically he knew that that manager at the Tmobile Staten Island mall, wasn’t being nice. I go back in, he than continues to tell me this is because of Soundcoud. He just kept saying to me, there’s nothing with this phone, update your phone. I proceeded to update it, and he says again. Oh you also have iCloud something(I forgot what he said) that was used. I said it was used because right before I got here I tried to back up my phone on the computer 15 mins before I got to the mall. he goes ok. So, now I’m sitting there. Noticing employees are looking at him and laughing. Basically he was being rude and they were all laughing at me. It was uncomfortable and very embarrassing, especially in feont of other customers. He than proceeds to tell me again, there’s nothing wrong with your phone. It’s soundcloud. I than finally talk him, I don’t understand sir, I purchased this phone 4 days 5 days ago, are you telling me to except what your telling me and keep this phone. Because after 4 days 1 app is enough to make a battery drain.. I than walked out. Crying I call calling to Tmobile who I told a new supervisor now, because the old one wasn’t available. How do you do this to costumers? How is this ok??
