  I went here for the first time today. It’s very close to my house so I figured I’d try it out. Well I’m honestly very upset that I did. I pull up and Look at the prices. I right away notice that the basic wash does not include a truck vacuum (I have a small suv) and it does not include washing my plastic mats. While I’m waiting on line, I notice the men just throwing the mats of the previous cars ACROSS THE WHOLE AREA. So when I pull up, I ask nicely if they could just be careful with my mats because I spent good money on them (they’re weather tech so they run almost $200) and I ask him “I don’t know which package it would be, but can I get the package with the truck vacuum and to clean all my mats?” He says sure and proceeds to THROW MY MATS right after I asked nicely not to. I then walk in to pay and the cashier shorted me $10 in change, but I corrected her. Ok honest mistake, whatever. But at this point I’m pissed already. I then get into my car after it was “cleaned” and my back mat is still FILTHY. So I ask them about it and the man tells me it isnt included. I argue and tell him that I just asked the other man for all my mats to be cleaned and he told me ok. So hesitantly he takes my mat and rinses it off. Honestly, it was nothing but aggravation! I never leave bad reviews. I just suck it up as a bad experience or a bad day on the employees end or whatever. But if I could give 0 stars I would. I’m very very disappointed.
