    This realty is unethical. I was trying to buy a new construction house. Robert DeFalco represented the builder. The builder accepted my offer which was the full price of the house and the next day he jacked up the price on the house. We were working on the contract. I signed the contract and sent attorney the check. But meanwhile Robert DeFalco agent continued to show the house to other customers and of course someone else came in and gave more money. The attorney kept stringing us along until they got a bigger offer and dropped us. This is an extremely unethical practice. I do not recommend Robert Defalco realty or the builder to anyone!!
