  The office is small. The Staff is rude and untrained. The dentist many of times yells at his X-ray tech that again she had messed up on the angle of the Xray shot, in which has to be taken again. Anyway, Dr Nag is a basic dentist with no frills. Although he is a qualified dentist, his staff is a nightmare. I waited almost 3 months to get a pre-authorization from my insurance just because 1) Dr Nag's office filled out my paperwork wrong 2) then didnt attached my X-rays 3) then forgot to mail in my paperwork to my provider. When I informed them that I am in pain and begged for help and mercy. they didnt care. I even said I was willing to pay out of pocket while waiting for the insurance to authorize the procedure. I was rudely told, No, and if I wanted to do that, I would be charged the full price that will not be refunded after the insurance paid them. I then threatened to take my business to another Dentist if I can't get faster service and that is when Dr. Nag's office verbally attacked me and threatened me.Seriously, No one should ever experience what I did. You go to a dentist, you get serviced, you go home. That simple. But at this place there is nothing professional about it. Beware !!!!!
