  I am shocked to see these reviews. I have shopped here for over 9 years! All these "homeowner" assume they know what it like and how it should be in an industry they can't explain things. Rules and policies exists for a reason. Where more then 1/2 the time those same reviews don't know or can't make up their choices. So you bought a product that you didn't need or want after your mind had second thoughts.. If this was the case then I guess we should all return things in life too? NO wait, lets leave a just bad review.. cause its to confusing to be out of their comfort zone.

  I don't understand where you hire your staff, and you make that much money that you don't need to have good or any customer service. You should fire everyone and start over its obvious that no one cares.
  I asked one of the guys behind the counter a question and he just looked at me and said read the pamphlet. The other guy just laughed. Do they know anything about the products they are supposed to be selling.i went home Depot and the representative answered all my questions and even wrote on the receipt that if the product was not correct to come back for full refund.
  No that's service.
