    Went into the dealership yesterday. No one asked if they could help my husband or I. They were too busy on their phones. We asked the guy at the desk it they had any catalogs on the Pacifica. His response was “no they are on line only”. Then he proceeded to look at his phone. In stead of offering to have someone show us the van in person instead of seeing it in a book. We left with in 5 mins of our arrival with no more information than I could have found by googling the vehicle. This is why people cross the bridge is buy cars. I will not go back to this place!! I don’t even want to give one star- but if I don’t this won’t post.
