    no one should wait an hour and a half for an appointment made a month prior!
    parking is impossible
    the staff in the back appears indifferent after complaining.
    if the doctor 'takes his time with patients' then they should schedule him properly.
    i suggest since we are in pain and seek help we don't have too many choices or the time it takes to find another doctor in our health care system. and they know it...

    Dr. Grossman is a sick man. Like a kid in a surgury shop. He does the procedure which is the most expensive. Even if that means youll get a new leg. They will put a metal rod into your leg before telling you to take CISSUS QUADRANGULARIS. Leg bones grew back within 2 months. Be careful.
